What kind of services do you provide?
We provide a wide range of services related to print design (CD cover, business cards, flyers, etc.)
How do I send you pictures to include in my design?
Email all the pictures needed in your design to info@firstclassdesignstudio.com
If I need a service I don’t see listed can you still manage to provide it?
Most like we should be able to provide it. We can provide most services that are related to graphic design.
How do I start a project with First Class Design Studio?
Send us an email to info@firstclassdesignstudio.com or fill out the form in our contact page. A design representative will contact you within 24 hours to further discuss your project.
When will you get started my project?
The start time will vary depending on our workload, but we try to start your project as soon as possible.
How do I make a payment for my project?
We accept payments with credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
When do I pay for the project?
In order for us to start your project, we require a 50% deposit for projects over $150, and the remainder of the balance will be due once you have finalized the proof. Once we receive the full payment, we will send you the final version. For projects under $150, the full balance is due in order for us to start your design.
How long will it take to complete my project?
More complex projects take more time to complete. Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your design.
What is the client’s involvement in the design process?
You, the client, will play a big role in the design process. We want to hear feedback from you as far as what you want to see in your design, as well as what you do not want to see in your design. Feel free to send any links, images, or ideas you have for your design. The more information you provide, the faster we can complete your project.
How will I receive my design project once it is finished?
We will deliver your design by email in the file format requested, which is typically a JPEG, PNG, PSD, AI, or TIFF.
Do I own all usage rights to the designs?
Yes, you can use your design where ever you want in any way you want once you have paid for it and have received the files.
